  • Introduction

Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do. ---------- Pele

I was a senior research fellow at Cryptology and Security Research Unit, Indian Statistical Institute. I graduated under joint supervision of Assoc. Prof. Sushmita Ruj and Prof. Bimal Kumar Roy. Before joining here as a researcher, I did my M. Tech. in computer science from here and M.Sc. in Pure Mathematics from the University of Calcutta.

My research is in applied cryptography and is driven by real-world problems in data privacy and security. My focus area of research is in Secure Cloud Computing over outsourced encrypted data. Besides theoretical aspects, I like to implement with real-life data to check scalability and efficiency in real environments.

Besides, I maintain great interest in Private Information Retrieval, Multi-party Computation, Access Control, etc. I am very keen to explore Blockchain Technology and its real world applications. I work on transparency of secure cloud services via blockchain technology.

Here is my CV (Last Updated: December 2020).
